Founded on January 19th 1991, the birthday of my late father
Mayor Emeritus of Cleveland, Ohio - Ralph J. Perk,  
XLN SYSTEMS strives to meet the excellence that our clients demand and expect.

After graduating from Miami University and working at Ernst & Ernst, the State of Ohio and Digital Equipment Corporation, I decided to create a business where I could bring ‘corporate world’ expertise to clients regardless of their size and skill.  Since our beginning, we have become a trusted resource whereby 97% of our clients who have used our services have come back for additional projects and services.

Throughout Ohio, scores of businesses and government agencies rely on XLN to get the job done. This 30+ year journey has led me to being named to prominent boards such as Lt. Governor Jon Husted’s CyberOhio Initiative, Franklin University’s Center for Public Safety and Cybersecurity, Think Veterans First, Czech Catholic Union/CCU Life
and the National Federation of Independent Business.

Our hard work and the dedication to our clients has given us a loyal customer base, outstanding employees and the ability to sleep at night knowing we’ve treated each client with the respect and attention that they deserve.

On April 10 2023, a new era started for XLN SYSTEMS as my eldest son, Anthony, has succeeded me as President and CEO. He will continue to propel the company onward and upward to new and greater endeavors, and I could not be more proud.
